As we come to the end of the year 2018, we want to take this opportunity to thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts for your unwavering support. It is indeed a privilege to be able to take care of all your fashion needs and make a difference in your life.
Our online store has grown in leaps and bounds this year. We are also happy to note that 2018 has been the most successful year for our brand since it was born-slightly more than three years ago. Some of the major highlights for 2018 include:
- 1st February: We relocated from our old premises at Ndaragwa house on Mfangano street to the iconic IMC building along Taveta road.
- February: Introduced kids fashion items specifically tailored for boys.
- April: We unveiled amazing Easter offers that had everybody going gaga over them.
- June: We revolutionized our customer experience by introducing the use of e-receipt for all purchases made at our shop. Receipts in PDF format not only symbolized current international best practice but are also good for accounting purposes.
- July/August: We ran a 2-week long event dubbed the Jaza Wardrobe promotion. During this time, we featured slim fit jeans for men, slim fit shirts for men, kids clothing, men shoes whose prices we had slashed considerably.
- August: This was a great month for men with the introduction of the men’s shoe shop. During this time, men had the chance to choose high-quality shoes at crazy cheap prices.
- November: The month we killed two birds with one stone. We launched a fashion charm offensive for a whole month with our Black Friday series. During this time, we had customers enjoying our promotional goodies, vouchers and unbelievable discounts. This is also the month when we celebrated our third year in existence as SM Kollectionz.
- December: Just like Santa Clause, we have come armed with a whole bag full of Christmas and new year’s goodies and discounts not witnessed anywhere else in Kenya and possibly East and Central Africa.
As you have seen, 2018 has been a busy year for us. As we plan all manner of offers, events, crazy giveaways and other giveaways for 2019, we certainly hope to go on with that progress.
